Korpuso gamyboje naudojama aukščiausios rūšies tuopos fanera. Atsparumą įbrėžimams ir smūgiams užtikrina dvigubas stiklo pluoštas ir šeši epoksidinės dervos sluoksniai, kurie suformuoja stiprią laminuotą konstrukciją. Viršutinį sluoksnį užbaigia itin stipriomis savybėmis pasižymintys pramoniniai poliuretaniniai dažai. Planšyrai, sėdynės ir kitos medinės detalės pagamintos iš uosio - impregnuoto specialiu aliejaus ir lako mišiniu.

MATERIALS & TECHNOLOGY

Hull construction relies on high grade poplar plywood, with it's unique lightness and moisture resistance.
Hull stiffness is achieved by applying fiberglass cloth on both, exterior and interior of the hull, to form a rock-solid laminated unibody structure. Finally, our canoes are painted with 2k industrial polyurethane paint.
Gunnels, thwart and seats are made of ash, impregnated with Danish oil.
