Booking terms and conditions
1. Object of the Agreement.
The Lessor hereby undertakes to hand over canoes and other inventory (henceforth – the Inventory) to the Lessee and third parties travelling with the Lessee for temporary possession and use on a fee basis, and the Lessee hereby undertakes to pay the lease fee.
2. Obligations and Responsibility of the Parties.
2.1. The Lessee shall be obliged to use the Inventory taken on lease in accordance with this Agreement and according to the purpose of the Inventory.
2.2. Upon expiry of the Lease Agreement, the Lessee shall be obliged to return the Inventory to the Lessor in the same condition in which it was when received, taking into account normal wear and tear.
2.3. Should the Lessee reparably worsen the condition of the Inventory taken on lease, the Lessee shall be obliged to compensate to the Lessor the expenses pertaining to the repair of the Inventory as per the price list of spare parts of the Inventory, including all other losses incurred by the Lessor.
2.4. Should the Lessee irreparably worsen the condition of the Inventory taken on lease or fail to return such Inventory to the Lessor, the Lessee shall be obliged to indemnify the Lessor for all damages based on the value of the Inventory stated in Clause 1 hereof, including all other losses incurred by the Lessor.
2.5. The Parties agree that expenses referred to in Clauses 3.3. – 3.4. hereof shall be compensated to the Lessor not later than within 2 (two) calendar days after the expiry of this Agreement.
3. Other Provisions.
3.1. This Agreement shall also serve as a certificate of delivery and acceptance whereby the Lessee confirms that the Lessor has handed over to the Lessee the terms and conditions of the Agreement as well as the Inventory in the condition matching its purpose, and the Lessor warrants that the Inventory handed over to the Lessee is fit for use according to the purpose for which it has been granted by lease.
3.2. This Agreement shall also serve as a certificate of confirmation of briefing on the rules of safe operation, use and behaviour: before handing over the Inventory, the Lessor explained and the Lessee and third parties present with the Lessee understood the conditions of safe operation and use of the Inventory granted by lease as well as the rules of behavioural safety during the provision of the services and undertook to comply with the same. The Parties to the Agreement agree that responsibility for the personal belongings, health and life of the Lessee and third parties present with the Lessee shall lie with the Lessee and third parties present with the Lessee, and the Lessor shall be released from such responsibility for the entire duration of and after the expiry of this Agreement.
3.3. This Agreement shall also serve as a confirmation to the Lessor by the Lessee and third parties present with the Lessee that they are not suffering from any diseases and do not have any other health disorders that can be adversely affected by the use of the Inventory taken on lease. The Parties to the Agreement agree that responsibility for any health disorders of the Lessee or third parties present with the Lessee shall lie with the Lessee and parties present with the Lessee, and the Lessor shall be released from such responsibility for the entire duration of and after the expiry of the Agreement.
3.4. This Agreement shall also serve as a confirmation to the Lessor by the Lessee and third parties present with the Lessee that they undertake to not use the Inventory taken on lease while being intoxicated with alcohol, narcotic or similar substances and to not consume alcohol, narcotic or similar substances before the trip and during the entire duration of the trip. The Parties to the Agreement agree that responsibility for negative consequences resulting from the non-compliance with these provisions shall lie with the Lessee and third parties present with the Lessee, and the Lessor shall be released from such responsibility for the entire duration of and after expiry of the Agreement.
3.5. The Parties confirm that they have got thoroughly acquainted with this Agreement, have understood all provisions thereof and undertake to comply with the same.
3.6. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled by way of negotiations, and in case of failure to reach agreement – in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
You can cancel within 24 hours of booking or up to 30 days before the tour start date to get a full refund.
You can reschedule the date or time of your experience up to 72 hours before the experience start time.
Canceling a rescheduled experience
If you reschedule a tour, it can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the original booking time or up to 30 days before the original start date.
If the tour is cancelled later than 30 days (or 24 hours) prior to departure, the tour operator has the right to charge the full price of the tour.
Customer's right to cancel the tour because of a major occurrence:
According to "General terms for package tours" a customer has the right to cancel the tour because of a major occurrence. However, Wet Weim Adventures applies to these tours the law for package tours which gives a tour operator the right to charge a reasonable compensation for necessary costs caused by the cancellation (like pre-paid accommodations, workshops etc). Any refund the tour operator possibly gets from the companies, as well as the own profit, will be refunded to the customer.
For a guaranteed departure we recommend to to book a tour with pre-paid option via PayPal (you can also pay by debit or credit card there).
All "Pay cash on site" bookings are in possession of "live queue" principle.
For bank and other wire transfers, please contact us directly.
Please check the booking confirmation carefully and inform the tour guide immediately of any mistakes (dates etc.). If the tour guide is not informed, the passenger will be considered responsible for the mistake.
It is essential that a passenger is covered by adequate travel insurance.
Wet Weim Adventures is not in a position to offer a passenger any assistance in the event of delay at the outward or homeward point of departure. The airline concerned will be responsible for a passenger in the event of flight cancellation or delays.

Handling and dispatch policy

Delivery is made by “Lietuvos pastas” (www.post.lt). All parcels are shipped from Lithuania with registered priority air mail, we will e-mail you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.
Lithuania 1 – 2 working days.
EU 5 – 10 working days.
Everywhere else 15-25 working days.
The estimated delivery times above are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. WETWEIM.COM is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
Please note that the shipping as stated above is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches it’s destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Events outside WETWEIM.COM's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that WETWEIM.COM is released from WETWEIM.COM's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
